WP All Import alternative: send the file you have
A free plugin adds a chat to your WP dashboard. Attach your supplier's list as it is. One card shows new products and new prices. One Undo reverses it.
Imports are on the paid plan, not open yet. Simple products, no images.
- Nothing changes without your OK
- Undo in one click, or a warning first
- No account, no password to share
Needs WP 6.3 to 7.1, PHP 8.0 or newer, and an administrator login. One site per install.
The download is a plugin. Turning it on connects your site to cmshands.com and adds 3 small rescue files. Deleting the plugin removes them and everything it stored. What we send
Imports open with the paid plan. The rest works now.

Watch it do this on a real site
You attach the supplier's list
The file is a supplier list we made up for our test shop: 11 rows and 4 columns, named sku, product, price and qty. 6 rows were products the shop already sold, at new prices. 5 rows were new products. We sent it as it was. Nobody matched a column to a field first.
Here's my supplier's new list. Add the new products and update the prices.
You check one card
It read the file, looked up the shop's products and checked the import against the site. About 34 seconds after the request, one card showed the whole job: 6 changed products, and 5 new ones as drafts. It matched the 6 to the shop's products by SKU, the product code in the file's first column. Nothing had changed yet. Under the card it added:
Two things the card can't show: the five new products have no shop category yet (say which and I'll add them), and I left the sheet's qty column alone — you asked for products and prices only.

You see each old and new price
Show all 6 opens the changed products: each one's old price in red and its new price in green. The Speckled oat mug goes from 32 to 34, the Sage breakfast bowl from 38 to 40. Show all 5 lists each new product the same way, with its name, SKU, price and draft status.
6 prices changed, 5 drafts added
We pressed Import it about 30 seconds after the card appeared. About 3 seconds later the 6 prices were changed and the 5 new products were in, as drafts, so shoppers couldn't see them yet. The Undo link would put the old prices back and move the 5 new products to the trash. We didn't press it this time.

Done. I added 5 products (as drafts where they can be) and changed 6 products.
A real run on our test site, Quillmoor Pottery (WP 7.1.3, Twenty Twenty-Four), Oct 11, 2026. From asking to done, it took 1 minute 9 seconds. Imports are on the paid plan, which isn't open yet.
That's the whole job, on the paid plan when it opens. The plugin is free today: 3 changes to try it, no account. Nothing changes until you press the button.

Who should keep WP All Import
Keep WP All Import if your products come in sizes or colors, or if you import posts and users too. Its Pro shop add-on imports those sizes and colors (variations). Its Pro version also downloads product images from web addresses, fills custom fields and re-checks a supplier's file on a schedule. Its sister plugin, WP All Export, exports your data (wordpress.org, read Oct 11, 2026). CMSHands doesn't schedule imports, fill custom fields, import variations or export, and it can't add images yet.

Can you use both?
Yes. A scheduled feed can stay in WP All Import, and a list that turns up by email can go through the chat once imports open with the paid plan. We haven't tested the two side by side on our test site yet. Give each product one source for its price, or the next scheduled run may overwrite the price you set in the chat.

Questions
Is CMSHands part of WP All Import?
No. CMSHands is a separate product from a separate company, and it isn't affiliated with WP All Import. If you use WP All Import and need help with it, its own site, wpallimport.com, has the docs and a support form.
What does WP All Import cost?
The core plugin is free. For shop products, its pricing page lists the WooCommerce Import Package, Pro plus its shop add-on, at $169 a year. Pro on its own is $99 a year. Bigger bundles cost up to $299 a year, or $1,299 once. You get 90 days to ask for a refund. The page also says plugins currently come with a lifetime license while it tests yearly pricing, so check there before you buy (wpallimport.com/pricing, read Oct 11, 2026).
What does WP All Import Pro add to the free plugin?
Pro downloads images from web addresses into your media library, fills custom fields, imports a file from a web address and re-runs an import on a schedule. It also adds email support from its developers. For shop products, the free add-on imports products, and the Pro add-on adds products with variations, grouped products and affiliate products (wordpress.org, read Oct 11, 2026).
How do I update prices from a file with WP All Import?
Start an import in All Import › New Import with the file of new prices, and drag the price onto the Regular Price field. In step 4, match products by SKU, tick only the price under Choose which data to update, and untick Create new and Remove. Its shop add-on must be active. Its guide says to pick the fields with care, so empty data doesn't overwrite what you have (wpallimport.com docs, read Oct 11, 2026).
Can CMSHands add new products and change prices from one file?
Yes, on the paid plan, which isn't open yet. In the run above, one file held 6 new prices and 5 new products, and one card showed both before anything changed. It can also make the categories your file names. It doesn't do images, variations or imports on a schedule.
What does the free plugin do for my shop right now?
It answers questions and makes small changes you approve. Ask “Which of my products are out of stock?” and you get the list, with nothing changed. It can also change the words on a page. You get 3 changes with no account, then 10 a month once you add your email. Imports come with the paid plan.
