  • Nothing changes without your OK
  • Undo in one click, or a warning first
  • No account, no password to share

Imports open with the paid plan. The rest works now.

What it does here

  • Attach a CSV or Excel sheet and say what to change, in your own words. It finds each product by its SKU, the product code in your shop.
  • One card shows every change before anything happens: how many products change, and the range of new prices or counts.
  • One Undo puts every old price or count back, except on a product someone edited since.
More it does here (3)
  • Prices work the same way: a sheet of new prices becomes one card, and one press changes them all. Paid plan.
  • Rows that wouldn't change anything are skipped, so the card lists only real changes. Paid plan.
  • Where a product doesn't track its stock yet, it switches tracking on, on the same card. Paid plan.

How to bulk edit products in WooCommerce yourself

Checked on WP 7.1, Oct 14, 2026

  1. 1. In your dashboard, the screens you log in to at yoursite.com/wp-admin, go to Products › All Products.

  2. 2. Tick the box beside each product you want to change. The box at the top of the list ticks the whole page.

  3. 3. Open Bulk actions at the top, choose Edit and press Apply. The Bulk Edit box opens.

  4. 4. Under Price, choose Change to: and type the new price. Or choose Increase existing price by (fixed amount or %): and type 10%.

  5. 5. For stock, set Manage stock? to Yes, then set Stock qty to Change to: and type the count.

  6. 6. Leave every other field on — No change — and press Update.

Bulk Edit gives every ticked product the same new value. For a different price or count on each product, use Products › All Products › Import and tick Update existing products. The list shows 20 products a page: raise that under Screen Options. WooCommerce is a trademark of Automattic Inc.

Why it won't wreck your site

  • Nothing changes until you press the button. Every change comes as a card that names it. Nothing happens until you press the button or Not now.
  • One click undoes it. When something can't be undone, like deleting a page or a plugin, the card says so before you press.
  • It won't overwrite your edits. It reads your site again before it changes or undoes anything. If you edited the same thing, it stops and tells you.

What it won't do here

  • Updating from a sheet waits for the paid planThe paid plan isn't open yet. Until it is, use the steps above. The free plugin answers shop questions today, like “Which products are out of stock?”
  • Simple products onlyNo variations, like one mug in 3 glazes. Change those on each product's Variations tab.
  • No live link to a supplier's sheetIt can't read a Google Sheet or a supplier's link on a schedule. Save the sheet as CSV or Excel and attach it each time.
  • No deleting products from a sheetIt can't remove the products a file lists. Tick them in Products › All Products and choose Move to Trash under Bulk actions.
  • Up to 2,000 products at a timeA bigger catalog goes in as several sheets, one after another. Each file can be up to 10 MB.

Questions

How do I bulk edit products in WooCommerce?

Use the Bulk Edit box built into your store. Tick the products in Products › All Products, choose Edit under Bulk actions and press Apply. You can change price, sale price, stock, tax, shipping class and visibility for all of them at once. Every field starts at — No change —, so what you leave alone stays as it is.

Is there a more advanced bulk edit in WooCommerce?

Yes, the importer. Bulk Edit gives every ticked product the same value. For a different price or count on each one, export your products with Products › All Products › Export and change the sheet. Then import it with Update existing products ticked. WooCommerce matches each row to a product by ID or SKU and changes only that product. WooCommerce is a trademark of Automattic Inc.

How do I raise all my prices by 10% at once?

Tick the products, open Bulk Edit and set Price to Increase existing price by (fixed amount or %):. Type 10% for a percent, or 2 for 2 more in your store's currency. Then press Update. The list shows 20 products a page, so first raise Number of items per page: under Screen Options if you have more.

Can CMSHands update my prices and stock from a sheet?

Yes, on the paid plan, which isn't open yet. The chat calls it Keeper. You attach a CSV or Excel file and say what to change. It finds each product by its SKU, shows one card with every change, and writes them when you press Import it. Until then, the free plugin answers questions about your shop.

Can CMSHands change one product's price from the chat?

We haven't tested that yet. For one product, open it from Products › All Products, change Regular price on the General tab and press Update. For many products at once, a sheet is how it works today, on the paid plan.
